Penne with Cannellini Beans, Tomato, and Sage
Green Bean Caesar Salad 

New: Green Bean Caesar Salad (Bon Appetit, January 1997, on epicurious.comServed at Helen Garcia's baby shower. Easy, straightforward base recipe. Looks nice w/the radicchio, & tastes yummy. Fudged the dressing: I used 0.5 cup each of low fat plain yogurt, mayo & canola oil, the garlic cloves, Dijon mustard, & Worcestershire sauce, then added about 2 T. lemon juice and 1-2 T. anchovy paste (mixing this recipe & the dressing recipe for Warm Cauliflower Salad w/Herbed Barley). Had more than enough dressing.
